The vehicles based on the arm track 100
to 350 MK two mine clearing vehicles, costs around
php 110.4 million 2.15 million us
dollars for four vehicles and
accessories and are part of the
philippine army's acquisition of new
combat engineering vehicles, which also
included assault bridges and specialized
engineering vehicles. the arm track 100
to 350 MK point 2 is a wheeled vehicle
with an armored cabin, capable of
carrying two operators and can operate a
vegetation cutter on the rear robotic
arm to clear high vegetation on
roadsides and a Mine/IED detector
on the front robotic arm to detect the IED's together with a paint marker to
indicate the position.
The vehicle also has a small excavator
bucket fitted to the rear robotic arm to
allow some excavation of earth for
exposure of buried explosive ordnances. This will be the first of its kind
vehicle in the philippine army which
could also open opportunities for arm
track to market their other mine
clearing vehicle models more suitable in
open field combat operations.
Arm track has just won a contract to
supply
7x 820T MK2s with tiller to the colombian
army demoning brigade number one to
assist with humanitarian demoning in
clearance of Explosive Ordnance (EO) and Improvised Explosive Devices (IED) left

The bid was awarded on 2021 and
contracts signed on april 27/2021 to be
delivered by the end of this year. These are not the first A20T MK2s to be
deployed to colombia. Norwegian People's Aid (NPA) used four of
these machines to undertake similar
clearance in colombia which were
supplied in 2016 and used for four years
there. NPA have now redeployed two of these
machines to cambodia and iraq. Arm track
refurbished all four machines and 1x has
been sold to the halo trust for
operations in armenia. Arm track has also been in negotiations
with the philippines army for a bomb
search and clearance vehicle termed
locally as a vehicle mounted mine
detector VMMD.
Following an MoU and special
implementing arrangement sia signed at
government level the bid was awarded on
2021 and contracts signed in last 2021
for 4x VMMD's for delivery in 2021/22. The VMMD based on the arm track 100 to
350 MK2 provides the capability to
accommodate two operators within the
armored cabin to operate a vegetation
cutter on the rear robotic arm to clear
high vegetation on roadsides and a
detector on the front robotic arm to
detect the ieds together with a paint
marker to indicate the position.
A small excavator bucket fitted to the
rear robotic arm in place of the
vegetation cutter, allows some excavation
of earth for exposure of buried EO. Arm track manufactures quality safe and
value for money mechanical equipment to
counter the threat from explosive
ordnance including landlines
improvised explosive devices ieds and
booby traps.
As an ISO 9001 Colon 2015 company arm
track provides quality mechanical
solutions using remote control
technology and on some of the larger
machines an operator's cabin to provide
a bird's eye view of clearance
operations. All equipments use hydraulic quick hitch
couplings to attach a variety of EOD and
engineering toolkits quickly. Arm track products can not only mitigate
