Moscow declared war between Russia and Ukraine unacceptable. According to
him, it is Western governments that are seen to be actively working to bring
about war.
The comments were made by the Russian Foreign Ministry, which stressed that

"We consider the thought that our people may be at war with each other

"While Kiev and Moscow are trying to prevent hostilities, Ukraine's foreign

He added that officials who openly question the narrative, such as former
German Navy Commander Kay-Achim Schonbach or Croatian President Zoran
Milanovic, run the risk of backlash and career consequences for speaking
out.
The diplomat called on NATO members to stop their destructive influence in

political problems.
According to him, if the NATO military bloc is really interested in easing
military tensions in Europe, they should withdraw the troops currently
deployed in the eastern part of the continent, as suggested by Russia.
